Currently we only accept PayPal. With PayPal you can pay with your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. So no worries on that count.
As we create our products "on demand" when you order them, we don't hold any stock. You will normally have your order delivered within 2 weeks, but unfortunately Covid-19 may introduce small delays into our delivery times, so please bear with us. You will get an estimated delivery date at checkout.
As we ship to crofts worldwide, postage and packing costs will be calculated at the Checkout.
If your item has been misprinted, is damaged, or defective, then you can return your item to us for a refund or replacement. Please contact us using our Contact form, or via email to info@croftindustries.com in the first instance. Please ensure that you order the correct size or product as we are unfortunately unable to offer returns in these instances, as each item is produced "on demand" to fulfil your order, and cannot be taken back into stock for a sale to another customer. However, we may be able to help you find an alternative customer, so please contact us in the first instance.
